As managing director of KADESU GmbH, she combines a diverse education and over twenty years of experience in the fields of design, IT and tourism. Born in Uruguay and raised in Chile, her entrepreneurial career began when she studied industrial design and hotel management in Chile and Germany. She has been self-employed for 23 years and during this time has strengthened her international network as co-founder of Ososoft in Germany and McParking Chile as well as by founding the agency and multichannel platform South Embassy. As an intercultural mediator, she also has valuable experience in dealing with cultural differences and promoting successful cooperation between different countries and cultures. With this strong network and her intercultural expertise, as Managing Director of KADESU, she pursues the clear vision of promoting innovation, entrepreneurial excellence and sustainable growth. She and her team are passionate about identifying business opportunities and developing bespoke solutions for their clients.
