McParking Chile: Successful Internationalization in Latin America
McParking Chile is the result of a visionary internationalization strategy by KADESU GmbH as a co-founder. Together with Cecilia Fuentes Ibarburu and Kai Rixrath, owner of McParking Germany, the successful business model of affordable long-term airport parking was brought to Chile in 2016.
The choice of Santiago de Chile Airport as the first expansion location in Latin America proved to be strategically sound. By adapting the proven concept to local conditions and building strong partnerships, McParking Chile S.A. was successfully established.
Today, McParking Chile is the largest off-airport parking provider in Latin America. This success underscores the successful transfer of the business model. Building on this, McParking now plans to expand this proven concept into other Latin American countries.
